Updating the database

Please note that the database temporarily requires more memory during a database update. Increased time expenditure is also to be expected. This applies in particular to the update to version 2024.1.

When updating the database, you will first go through the Database Installation Wizard as well. However, after the connection test, select the option Check / update an existing DriveLock database. The following dialog will then appear, displaying the database versions:

If you want to create a new supervisor account, check the corresponding option and then specify the supervisor's account in the following dialog. The supervisor role has elevated privileges (e.g., permission to make infrastructure or configuration changes to one (or more) tenants).
