Updating the DriveLock Enterprise Service

Please note the following:

  1. Update the DES before updating the DriveLock management components.

  2. Before you start the update, you need a valid license including maintenance. You can renew them in your current DriveLock Operations Center (DOC). If you have any questions about your license, please contact DriveLock Support.

  3. Confirm the certificate you have selected for communication between DriveLock Management Console or DriveLock Agents and the DES. An additional dialog in the DES Setup Wizard shows you the certificate:
