Support lifecycle

Starting with version 2023.1, the support lifecycle for new DriveLock product releases is as follows: When a new product version is released, the End-of-Life (EoL) date for the previous version is announced.

*1 From the date the EoL is announced, DriveLock provides full support for that version for an additional 12 months. This includes critical maintenance updates, bug fixes, and fixes for critical issues.

After the full support period (12 months) ends, no further updates will be released for that version.

*2 DriveLock Product Support remains available for an additional six months to respond to phone, email, and self-service support requests.

This policy applies to all On-Premise versions starting with version 2023.1.

Upgrades:

Customers using earlier product versions with a valid maintenance agreement can upgrade their environment to the latest product version.
